State Leads hear from the CBCAP Federal Project Officers as they discuss the fiscal year 2020 CBCAP formula grant application and the impacts of the current crisis on CBCAP. State Leads also have an opportunity to discuss the impact of the crisis on their state, grantees, communities and families and their efforts to support communities and families during this especially challenging time.
