Families experience joys and challenges. During times of crisis, the challenges may feel overwhelming. This podcast series offers expert information, tips, and resources for navigating family stress and strengthening family relationships.

The Jordan Institute for Families in the School of Social Work at the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill and the FRIENDS National Center for Community-Based Child Abuse Prevention have collaborated to develop these podcasts. Please listen to learn how to navigate family relationships during crises, while living with young children, older adolescents, and young adults. Listeners can also learn more about having self-compassion and the benefits of sharing compassion with others.
