This report provides a snapshot of subcontractors’ plans for achieving target outcomes and activities that support the development of infrastructure to implement with fidelity, scale-up, and sustain evidence-based home visiting programs during year three of the EBHV initiative. The report describes the evolution of subcontractors’ logic models, including the people and organizations subcontractors have or intend to engage, planned infrastructure-building strategies, and expected short-term results and long-term outcomes. The report also discusses the types of infrastructure-building activities implemented by subcontractors and how these activities have been shaped by contextual factors. The report summarizes subcontractors’ perceived progress, successes, and challenges in achieving their targeted infrastructure-building outcomes.
