Region 3 meeting survey

FRIENDS continues to receive feedback from CBCAP Leads that peer-support and networking meetings are a valuable use of time. FRIENDS is offering a similar opportunity to Region 3 CBCAP Leads and would like to assess your interest and availability. Please respond to the following survey questions to assist FRIENDS in planning the Region 3 meeting for the best experience possible. It will be a quick 5-10 minutes of your time. Deadline for responding is Monday, December 19, 2022 at close of business. If you have any difficulty accessing the survey, please contact your TA consultant for assistance.
Would you be interested in attending or sending up to three representatives to a CBCAP Regional Meeting?
Are you able to attend a 1.5 day CBCAP regional meeting in March or April 2023?
To help FRIENDS identify the best location for a majority of attendees, please select the following locations that you would be able to travel to via airline or drive by car.
If you answered yes or unsure, please select the dates you are available (Keep in mind you would need to travel the day before the meeting.).
If no to being able to attend, please tell us why
If you are able to attend, would you like a full/deeper dive workshop delivered by a subject matter expert?
If yes, what subject(s) would you like covered
Are there speakers or trainers (i.e. from your state activities, previous Grantees meetings or Institutes) you would like to learn from?
FRIENDS staff has some ideas for the content of this regional meeting, in addition we would offer the opportunity to visit a Family Support/Sucess Center for an orientation to their approach in assisting families. We will try to visit a center that is walkable or convenient Uber/Lyft ride from the meeting and hotel location. Would you be interested in visiting a Family Support/Success Center as part of the 1.5 day meeting?
