Outcome Accountability Training Survey

The purpose of this survey is to help FRIENDS and its training and technical assistance partners focus on areas of most need when designing a 2023 training on Outcome Accountability/Evaluation. We appreciate your willingness to give 10 minutes completing this survey and providing your feedback. Your responses will be kept confidential and will provide FRIENDS with helpful information to design a great training in 2023. Please complete the survey by January 27, 2023. Currently, FRIENDS is working to develop a training for up to 10 states that will include 2 members from each state (that could be the CBCAP Lead and evaluator, for example).
