November 2011-CBCAP Learning Call: CAPTA Reauthorization Act of 2010

During November's CBCAP Peer Learning Commuinty, we learn about information and resources that will be helpful as CBCAP State Leads continue to fulfill the requirements of CAPTA including providing services (formal and informal) to homeless families, unaccompanied homeless youth, and adult former victims of domestic violence, or child abuse or neglect; involving parents in the planning and program implementation of the lead agency and entities carrying out local programs; and the opportunity to provide substance abuse treatment services and domestic violence services to the prevention programs that CBCAP leads fund.
