April 2011- CBCAP Learning Call: Program Updates

During April's CBCAP Peer Learning Commuinty, we learn more about CBCAP Program updates.

• Rosie Gomez, Federal Project Officer, provides information on the 2011 CBCAP Program Instructions and 2010 Annual Report, including a discussion of the CAPTA Reauthorization Act of 2010, and how this legislation will impact the future work of CBCAP leads.
• Glenda Eoyang discusses the Preventing Child Maltreatment and Promoting Well-being: Network for Action meeting in June, including a discussion of the work of the Strategic projects.
• Edi Winkle, FRIENDS TTA Coordinator, navigates through the updated FRIENDS website and shares the newest resources available.
