September 2010- Understanding and Effectively Engaging Military Families

The last webinar of the Diverse Population Series focused on understanding the needs of military families, why child abuse prevention services and supports matter for military families, what resources are available on the installations and in the community along with specific resources you can access to better serve these families. Participants heard about programs that are beginning to develop or are funded through the CBCAP programs in Illinois and Michigan that are specifically tailored for the military families.
