January 2009 - CBCAP Learning Community - Continuous Quality Improvement and Practice-Based Evidence

Continuous Quality Improvement (CQI) activities are critical to any program, no matter where they are on the continuum of Evidence-Based/Informed programs and practices.  For any program to provide the best possible services to children and families, CQI activities must be intentionally integrated into all aspects of service planning and delivery.  Staff from the New Hampshire Children's Trust Fund and the FRIENDS National Resource Center shared their experiences in implementing a coordinated system of CQI across their CBCAP programs.

The presenters were:

Casandra Firman
Technical Assistance Coordinator
FRIENDS National Resource Center for CBCAP

Maria Gehl
Consultant
FRIENDS National Resource Center for CBCAP

Karen Ryan
New Hampshire Children's Trust Fund

Karen Carpenter
