August 2009 - Protective Factors: Applying Theory to Practice

This webinar was hosted by the FRIENDS National Resource Center and staff from the Strengthening Families Initiative to explore how Community Based Child Abuse Prevention (CBCAP) programs can provide services that build and increase protective factors. The primary focus of this webinar was on how CBCAP leads are using a protective factors framework to shape their prevention program strategies. State CBCAP leads shared their experiences in applying protective factors theory into practice and there was a question and answer period.
