The teleconference for CBCAP State Lead Agencies on Preparing for the Second Round of CFSRs provided an overview of the second round of CFSRs, information about the State conference calls to plan for the CFSRs, and answered other general questions about the process. The purpose of this teleconference was to help States who are not familiar with the CFSR process as well as discuss how the CBCAP Leads may be more involved in the second round.
