This webinar was hosted by the FRIENDS National Resource Center. It was provided for the Washington Council on Children and Families and their funded CBCAP programs. Although the webinar audience was made up of program staff in Washington State, the webinar has general application for anyone wanting to know more about using the Protective Factors Survey. The webinar included instructions on how to administer the survey. Practical information on using the tool state wide was provided by staff from the CBCAP lead agency in Texas.
